A little about me

Hello, I'm Kate, a mummy of 4 gorgeous babies. Having been through the pregnancy journey a lot, I empathise with all the aches, pains, and emotions that this time can bring. Some people breeze through their pregnancy but, on the flip side, some people struggle with their changing bodies, emotions, and stress levels can be high. Utilising aromatherapy and traditional massage techniques, I give Mums-to-be a moment to appreciate the joys of pregnancy.

Being able to nurture a Mother-to-be is such a special time and one that I am still in complete awe of. What our bodies are able to achieve is utterly amazing, but it's hard work making tiny humans. Now more than ever we need to look after ourselves not only physically, but get ourselves into a good headspace ready for birth.

Having been pregnant 4 times, that's quite a lot of experience, so I can certainly relate with everything, both physically and mentally, that you will be going through on your own beautiful journey into motherhood.

I am a huge 'Positive Birth' enthusiast and truly believe
that any fears can be replaced with excitement and joy once
you are well informed, calm,
and relaxed which is where massage helps tremendously
or both mother and baby.

I would highly recommend any expectant ladies to get a massage with Kate! I have had 2 so far and will definitely go again before my due date. She certainly helps with the aches and pains I had. Kate is very friendly, calming and just all round lovely! She has a great massage room set up and does whatever she can to make you feel relaxed and comfortable (which isn't easy at 30 weeks and a very active baby!)
